My name is Andy Howard and I have been teaching at Glenwood High School since the 2000-01 school year. I teach high school AP Government, American Government, American History, and World History. I also taught social studies at Upper Scioto Valley High School (6 years) and Portsmouth Notre Dame (3 years). I graduated from Bowling Green State University.
