Mr Pierce has an MA in Music Education from Marshall University.  He has been teaching at New Boston since 2000.
He was guest conductor of the KMEA District 8 Jr High all-district band in 2022, and was recognized at the 2022 OMEA Professional Conference for 25 years of service.
