High School Principal’s Message
Welcome back staff and students to Glenwood High School. We expect this year to be an excellent opportunity for success and growth. We strive to provide educational opportunities for our students for career and higher educational opportunities. We look forward to continuing the positive relationships we have built with our stakeholders and carrying on the traditions of Glenwood High School.
We would like to thank our retiring staff, Mrs Jennifer Scherer, Mr. Denny Buckley, and Mr. Tim Emshwiler, for their many years of service to the New Boston Local School District.
As a staff, we are welcoming Ms. Alicia Watson into the role of Band Director and Chorus teacher and Mr. Bryan Hoover as the junior high school intervention specialist. We would also like to welcome Mr. Bill Burchett and Mr. Chris Canter to the custodial staff.
We would like to wish the best of luck to all of our athletes and coaches for the upcoming seasons. We are happy to announce that Ms. Wiley, Mrs. Herrforth and Mr. Cox will again be returning to their head coaching positions of girls basketball, volleyball, and boys basketball programs and Mr. Anthony Maynard begins his tenure as the leader of the soccer program.
We want to wish the class of 2023 the best of luck in all endeavors and to the Class 2024 we hope you have a GREAT senior year!
